Thank you for shopping at outloudstore.net. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, weather, or customs clearance.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours of carrier pickup.

outloudstore.net is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, duties, etc.).

outloudstore.net is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us immediately at support@outloudstore.net with photos of the issue so we can assist.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@outloudstore.net. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
